Looking for a roommate to share a beautiful 3 story house in South Riverdale (Gerrard/Logan, steps to Queen East & Danforth). The available bedroom is on the 2nd floor overlooking the backyard (South exposure) with an adjacent bathroom shared with another roommate (male, 30) who frequently stays out of the house. I reside on the 3rd floor of the house with my own bathroom.

The main floor is an open concept with kitchen, dining and TV/entertainment area. There is a nice shared backyard with BBQ. Parking is on the street with a zone permit which can be applied for at City Hall.
I am looking for a mature, responsible and CLEAN individual I can trust and who can look after the house while I am away on my frequent trips to Europe (every 3 months I leave for 5-6 weeks).

The bedroom is currently furnished. There are two large closets in the room.
