It's a 4-minute walk away from Woodbine Subway Station and also a bus stop directly across the street from the house. Downtown Toronto is a 15-minute subway ride away. The Beaches neighbourhood and waterfront is a direct line south of the house and a 10-minute bus ride away. The house is close to local shops and restaurants, including a Valumart grocery store right beside the subway.
There is a washer/dryer on-site (free). Wi-fi included. Eat-in kitchen, but sorry, no radiation machine (microwave!). Bedding and towels are provided.
The house is a small 3-bedroom house and a backyard. Typically there are a total of 3 occupants. For everyone's comfort, there are 2 primary rules:
1. no overnight guests
2. dishes done at the end of the night
$700 for each room.
