Hi Everyone! Looking for a roommate to rent a den that is available in a 2 bedroom plus den located in the Tridel Mansions of Humberwood buildings. The den is fully furnished and has a sliding door with locks on the inside and outside. Furnishings include a tv, double bed, dresser and rolling table. Rent is all inclusive (hydro, heat & AC, High-speed internet, washer/dryer and parking). Building amenities include pool, sauna, rec room, tennis courts, outdoor patio, and gym and fitness rooms. 5 minutes from the Hwy 427 & 27, Etobicoke General Hospital, Woodbine racetracks and casino, Woodbine Centre, Fortinos and Humber College.
