Upper level room (blue room) medium size facing front yard rent will be $825 all inclusive.
The housemates will share

- common area in the house.
- sizable backyard by the lake where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset of the lake and the city skyline just above the lake.
- outdoor pool during the summer.
The house is near Lake Shore W./Royal York and Humber Lakeshore Campus.
We are hoping to find housemate who is friendly and sociable not a stranger behind the door. The majority of the housemates are female so we are only looking for female housemate with no pet please.
