The housemates will share bath rooms, kitchen, dinning room, living room, pool room, sauna, Jacuzzi, laundry, dish washer and outdoor swimming pool in the summer.
The house is in quiet neighborhood but close to everything, 24 hours (every 5 mins) street car on the Lake Shore Blvd, 20 mins by TTC to Royal York subway station, 10 mins by bus to GO train station and Humber College lakeshore campus, less then 45 mins to downtown via TTC on Queen street, easy access by car to Gardiner Highway, Walmart, no-frills, IKEA, Cineplex, Sherway Gardens and downtown. If you want to get away stress from work to recharge yourself this will be your home and cottage in the city.
We are looking for:

-- friendly, sociable, responsible, respectful to others
-- clean, don't do drugs, no smoking, no crazy parties in the house
-- professionals and mature students with stable income
-- no pet
The house is set to be homey environment not a party house. The rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. Front yard parking is included. First and last will be required.
