January 1st move-in date. Looking for a roommate who’s okay with the unique situation of a couple living in the den. Ideally, you're someone who enjoys contributing to more communal sharing of tasks or buying food within a home that offers a private bedroom and shared bathroom and kitchen. Rent is $1400 for one person, and heat, water, electricity, and internet are typically around $300-400 and split in two, so perhaps 200 a month for you.
You also get access to parking, a sauna hot tub & pool, a workout room, and the subway is nearby.
