I am looking for a flatmate to share an apartment with me. It is a spacious and well lit room in a condo opposite Sheppard west station (Sheppard Ave & Allen Road). You will have a private bedroom + private bathroom. Shared living room and kitchen. Available from March 1st (bit flexible there). Room rent $1200. Building has underground parking, but currently I am renting it out till end of March. Internet and all utilities will be split. Long term preferred. Someone currently working would be preferred.
