• Sheltered Bus stop out front that is a 5 min. bus ride to Line 1 (Yonge or Dufferin) or Line 4 (Sheppard) subways
• Backing onto Earl Bales Park (trails, community center, skiing in winter, etc.)

Hi there, I’m looking for someone who is friendly, respectful, and values a peaceful, tidy living environment. Ideally another working professional or mature student.
If you are looking for a place that feels like a home and not just a temporary crash pad, then this maybe it. This is a shared living arrangement where you’ll be living with just one other person - the leaseholder (myself), so it’s a simple setup.
I work in product development in the consumer goods industry (mostly on my computer). I love crafting/ DIY projects, nature, plants, animals, etc. Maybe we share some same interests?
If you enjoy cooking, that’s great - you’ll have the kitchen pretty much to yourself because I don’t cook often, but when I do it’s usually in batches. I really value a clean, clutter-free kitchen with a “clean as you go” approach, so the space is left ready and inviting for the next person.
The home has a peaceful, positive grounded vibe to it. Best suited to someone who is friendly, yet independent and who values a clean quiet - low-traffic home that’s predictable. To ensure feeling safe with no unexpected surprises for either resident, the home is guest-free. (no hosting of friends or family)
REQUIREMENTS / & DETAILS
• Minimum 6-month stay (with options for long term)
• Furniture can be removed for longer term tenant.
• No smoking or vaping
• Light, occasional drinking is fine
• Tenant insurance required (approximately $20/month. Square One has great rates)
• A/C optional (+$30/month seasonally) A fan is provided which is what I mainly use even though I do have an AC unit, I just seldom use it.)
