A room is available in the basement of a house in North York. Starting from January 1st, 2026. The location is a 20 minute walk from North York Subway station, a 20 minute walk from Loblaws grocery store, and a 20 minute walk from Bayview Village Park.
The house has a large kitchen, 5 bathrooms (3 are shared, 2 are private), and has a large backyard.
There are a few house rules:
1. There are no guests allowed
2. 11pm is quiet time
3. The washing machine is only for use from 7pm to 10pm on weekdays. 7am to 10pm on weekends.
If you have a car, it is $100 extra for parking.
