A basement room is available from January 1st for rent in a house in the Oak Ridges for a female student or working girl (no coed). The House is near Seneca College, King City campus (10 minutes bus ride) and between Yonge and Bathurst on King. There are 2 bus routes to Seneca and Yonge/Bathurst streets and the bus stop is in front of the house.
There are 2 rooms in the basement (both rooms are for female Seneca students or female working girl only). There is one female student living currently in one of the bedrooms and she does not want coed. The rooms are independent while the shared area are the kitchen, laundry, common room and washroom. The basement is shared by 2 students only (1 in each room).
The rent is only $550 per month. The rent includes utilities and internet wi-fi. The owners are professional couple and the neighborhood is safe and close to parks and walking trail.
