You are a responsible and respectful guy who either works full time or perhaps you are finishing your education. Your sexuality doesn’t matter. We are looking for the right person to share our home. Note that we are not looking for a couple; individuals only!
The Townhouse is 2-1/2 levels with a full kitchen, dishwasher, laundry, and WIFI. You will share our kitchen equipment and dishes. Your private bedroom can either be furnished, or you can bring in your own bed, dresser and desk. There is no on-site parking or pets. You have a private full bathroom.
The room is available April 1 or 15. First and last month rent required. We are at Victoria Park and St Clair, nearby the Victoria Park subway station, with several TTC buses serving the area. There is a grocery store across the street, and a couple of gyms nearby.
