**Accessibility Info**
**Scents** There is no kitchen ventilation system so cooking smells will be apparent. The bathroom is enclosed and ventilation is poor. I like to use incense.
**Lighting** Lighting is good but there is no overhead light in the living room.
**Sounds/fire alarms** The apartment is located in a busy area. There are many people walking through/past/into the building, so be prepared to encounter neighbours in the hallway, elevator, lobby, or stairwell.
There is a significant amount of traffic noise, frequent fire truck and ambulance noise as their stations are nearby. Shouting can sometimes be heard from the street level at night.
The noise levels within the apartment and apartment building are tolerable with few disturbances other than the fire alarm (tone alarm). There is no visual component to the alarm system.
**Support animals** Support animals and pets are permitted in the building. I have a cat, so any pets must be cat friendly.
**Sobriety** 420- and alcohol-friendly.
**Steps & mobility measurements** There are no stairs to climb to enter the lobby or apartment. The elevator doors are three feet wide and the elevator lift can accommodate two wheelchairs or approximately five standing people comfortably. There are no grab bars anywhere in the building or apartment, other than the railing in the stairwell.
