The apartment is located a 3 minute walk from Sherbourne station. There is easy access to Lines 1 and 2 as well as the DVP and the Sherbourne bike lanes making it super easy to get around the city. There's also a NoFrills, FreshCo and Shoppers all within a 5 minute walk.
Living room/den is furnished but the bedroom will be empty.
The apartment is quiet and easy to work from. Two separate desks are already set up and ready to go. The building is well soundproofed so there are virtually no noises from outside and the bedrooms/den are also well isolated from each other.
If you’re missing the gym, there is a chin-up bar and two 5-50lb adjustable dumbbells which give lots of options.
I’m in my mid 20s and I have the second room. I’m hoping to find another young professional or student who is easy going, relatively tidy and hopefully shares some similar interests. If you like making music, the gym, speaking Spanish or are into any type of visual art, we’ll get along just fine!
I have a cat who’s lowkey and friendly with everyone. He’s basically a very sleepy dog.
