Beautifully furnished large bedroom for rent for one person in a sweet and cosy house located in the Yonge-Eglinton area.
I am partly immuno-suppressed and I am looking for a person who works or studies ONLY from home. If you may be living alone, worrying and lonely, perhaps worried using an elevator, this may be a solution for you. I order food for delivery and we follow strict Covid-19 protocols. In this way we live here with good company and safety until the vaccinations will be completed. In fact a number of former renters have remained friends!
Monthly lease of $1,100 (30-day cancellation) and this covers all utilities and wifi. Arrangements can be made for food as well. Includes sharing two bathrooms, kitchen, great back yard with barbecue, and large front porch, which we often use (occasionally even in winter) just to get outside.
Located in popular Yonge-Eglinton area. We have little Dachshund dogs - must love dogs. Available for the right person immediately.
