The apartment is on the 7th floor (top floor) of a rental building on Raglan Avenue, off of St. Clair West (Near St. Clair West and Bathurst). The location is amazing. It is a 5 minute walk to the St. Clair West stop on the Line 1 subway. It is also very close to the St. Clair West street car and the #7 bus on Bathurst. Very close walking distance to Loblaws, Shopper's Drugmart, restaurants, cafes, LCBO, and Wine Rack. There is a large balcony with a gorgeous view of downtown and the CN Tower. Coin laundry in the building.
The room includes an electronic sit/stand desk, ergonomic chair, dresser, queen bed, and newly purchased semi-firm mattress (bought in September). Clean bedding and towels are also available. The kitchen is fully equipped. Apartment includes a gym area that you are welcome to use to work out.
I am asking for less rent that I pay - $775/month all inclusive (Internet, electricity, heat, Netflix, Disney Plus).
You would have an amazing 34 year-old roommate! They are very respectful, warm, and kind. We ask that you also be respectful of the space and respectful of COVID-19 protocols.
If you're interested, we would first set up a zoom call to give you a chance to meet my roommate. They own a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, who also shares the space.
