All utils included (wifi and A/C standard)

Financial stuff:
Note: Utils are extra … prepaid separately as a lump-sum from basic room rent
… so total price is equivalent to 725: room rent (650) + utils (75)
• $1300 First/Last month deposit required (2x650)
• $ 900 Utilities (12 x 75= 900 prepaid annually)
