We are looking to welcome two new roommates to our 3-bedroom apartment at Mt. Pleasant & Eglinton. The unit is currently occupied by one female and myself, however, I will be on my way out in a month’s time. The roommate you will be sharing the space with is in her thirties and runs her own business from home.
If you’re tidy and friendly you may be a great match for the unit. We are open to welcoming one person by themselves, or two friends. While your partner is welcome to visit, we ask that a couple doesn’t move in together. If one individual is interested in renting both rooms (one as a bedroom, and the other as an office etc), we are open to this idea as well.
Room 1 is available immediately, room 2 has flexible availability (March-April). Each room is $705 per month. The unit is spacious and bright with a south-facing balcony on the ninth floor. The kitchen and living room are fully furnished but the rooms are not so you would need to bring your own bed. You will be sharing a bathroom with one other person (whoever takes the other free room). Yonge & Eglinton is about ten minutes by foot, and there is a bus stop right outside our door. Two grocery stores are within a few minutes’ walk. The monthly rent includes all utilities and internet. Parking is available for an extra fee. First and last month’s rent required upon move-in.
