Unfurnished room available in a three bedroom apartment- second and third floor of a semi. You will be sharing with myself (tenant) and my roommate (tenant). December 15th or January 1st. Hydro is extra and comes in at around $25-30 a month per tenant.
We are friendly, kind, considerate, drama-free individuals looking for the same. Our interests include art, urban planning, urban history and biking. LGBTQ friendly and ecologically conscious, please. This is a very quiet apartment. We enjoy our space as a peaceful respite from the busy, noisy city outside. Party folk need not apply.
We just recently moved in. I am an art studio assistant and my roommate is finishing up his degree at U of T. The 3rd room tenant just moved out. He had been living in the apartment for the last 12 years and took much of the living room furniture with him. Please understand it may take some time to refurnish this space and make it cosy again. If you like thrifting all the better- you can join me on Sally Anne visits looking for interesting art for the walls!
