The main floor has two living room type spaces, a bedroom, shared hallway closet, half bathroom, large kitchen and an amazing backyard and deck that really comes alive in the summertime. Washer and Dryer and a full bathroom are also available downstairs. Street parking is available via the city by permit if you have a car.
Rent and configuration of rooms is negotiable starting point all inclusive (heat, hydro, water and internet) would be $1625/month.
It's a great space for the price and one I am hoping to not have to give up as I have become fond of the house and location myself. Arrangements can be made to view the space online and in person while keeping socially distanced if possible. I do request that you only come see the place in person if you are really serious about taking it though.
