Looking for a quiet roommate. Located near Dupont and Lansdowne. Rent is 800 which includes utilities and internet. The unfurnished room is a decent size and has high ceilings and has a decent sized closet. Apartment is the top floor of a 3 story building(no elevator). If needed I do have a futon that can be used. There is parking but it is first come first serve and fills up quickly. Room is available for April 1st. First and last months rent is required. No laundry on site but there are a few laundromats nearby (takes me less than 10 minutes to get to them). Food basics is a 5 minute walk away. Dufferin and Lansdowne buses are close. No central air conditioning. No pets and and there is no smoking in the building. There will be some apartment rules but nothing crazy just things about noise and cleaning. Not looking to rent out to a couple. Short or long term is okay. If you need a place for only a few months that's fine. As long as 2 months notice is given.
