House located one block from High Park, five minutes walking distance from 504 streetcar and 80 Queensway bus, 15 minute walking distance from Keele/Dundas West Subway stations. House will be shared with up to four full-time occupants, including the home-owner’s son.
Common areas include dining room, full kitchen, living room, backyard/patio, laundry room, and garage storage for up to one bicycle. All utilities, internet, laundry detergent, and cleaning supplies are included. Street parking only.
The house is fully furnished. The bedroom includes a bed, and dressers, can be reconfigured to a certain extent.
