Lease terms: This is a long-term roommate search. The new roommate will sign a roommate agreement with the leaseholders, and pay the leaseholders rent on the first of every month. Move in date is on Feb 1st, however the space is currently empty so move in can be ASAP if needed.

Additional Information: Hi everyone 👋 We are in search of a new roommate to take over the master bedroom on the upper level of our home. The room is very spacious, fits a queen bed, a large dresser and desk with a private ensuite.
We are two young professionals who are friendly and easy going. We met just over a year ago when we moved in as strangers and now we are good buds. We would love to find the right person who fits in with our friendly, positive vibe attitudes.
The place is located in the heart of Little Italy, a few houses down from College on Manning ave. A close walk to grocery stores, Trinity Bellwoods and anything else you may need. We also have in-suite laundry.
Most of the common space furniture will be leaving us, we have a tv and a tv stand lol we welcome anything you may want to add to the living room space, if not no worries, couches are easy to buy.
