Preferably long term. The roommate who is staying (Atlas) will be carrying the lease forward, we will try to assign the lease by request.
Rent/Price:
$959.56 per month (total rent for unit is $3782.25 and wifi is $56). All other utilities are included in whats paid to the landlord.

This is a covid aware home. Looking for people who mask regularly in all public spaces (in class, work, public transit, grocery stores, medical spaces, etc.) and let others know asap when feeling sick.
Unit is up two flights of stairs with railings.
Lots of natural light throughout the apartment.
Queer Safety:
I’ve always felt safe and never had any issues in this apartment building, as a visibly trans person. The neighbours are kind and landlord/maintenance workers have always been respectful.
