We are a queer-positive, feminist, friendly household who love to eat copious amounts of popcorn & watch Schitt’s Creek together but also we also understand the importance of alone-time and highly value communication. We are both PhD students in our late 20s who work and teach from home.
Your bedroom is $700 per month plus utilities (hydro and internet). Utilities add up to around $80-90.00/month. Our apartment has laundry included, a dishwasher, a gorgeous sunroom, and hardwood floors. Nearby are great coffee shops, takeout options, and we’re just a 15-minute walk from High Park. Grocery stores (No Frills & The Sweet Potato) are a 5-minute walk away.
Your bedroom can come with the furniture pictured, or not, depending on your preference.
Accessibility: The apartment is located on the first floor of a three-unit building on Dundas. There is a set of stairs to get to the apartment. Alcohol friendly household, no 420, no indoor smoking.
Pets: No cats
Date available: March 1st – short-term with option to extend
