Hello! My roommate and I are looking for someone to rent out the third bedroom. All utilities are included in the price ($1.100/month) and it comes partially furnished. Long-term rental, month-to-month. The bathroom is shared with only one other person. Patio in the back, fully equiped :)

Laundry is 1 minute walk max in laundromat.

We both like to keep the place tidy and want someone likewise. We also enjoy going for brunch when permitted and would like to have a good fit with the future tenant!
