The apartment is a fully furnished, comfortable, boutique style apartment, on the top floor of a 3rd floor walk up.
There is some flexibility in the timeline if you don't need a full year sublet.
Apartment is suitable for couples, 2-3 roommates, or a small family. It's not suitable for someone moving with a lot of furniture because the apartment is already fully furnished. There are two large closets for storage but no more beyond that.
The apartment is not wheelchair accessible, there are about 30 stairs to gain entry. House is a smoke/drug, and pet free environment so please don't inquire if this isn't suitable for you. Ideal subletter will be gainfully employed, non-smoking, drug free, friendly, reliable, clean.
The 3 bedrooms are fully furnished with dresser, desk, lamp, desk chair, bookshelf, night table. Beds sizes are King, Double, and Double. The apartment is perfect for someone who wants an office or workspace in their home that is separate from their bedroom. Kitchen and living room come fully equipped with furniture and dishes. Linens not provided.
First and last are required, and a small property deposit (to ensure furnishings are left in good condition)
Bills are not inclusive hydro and internet paid separate. Parking included. Rent $2400 includes water. Monthly cleaning service available if desired.
It's a great neighbourhood, close to amenities, parks, near transit (streetcar/bus/subway all within one to ten minute walk), many grocers, laundromats, farmers markets, coffee shops, restaurants, Dufferin grove park ( farmers market), and Dufferin Mall.
There’s no laundry on site, but access to a powerful but small Japanese style apartment washer is available.
