COVID sucks. Moving sucks. Moving during COVID? -- even worse! But I'm here to help make this process as irksomeless as possible. ^_^

My roommate's moving back to the west end to be closer to her family during COVID, and her room is available for March 1 at $900/month inclusive (all utilities, including internet). It's south-facing, with bay windows and a gas fireplace, on the top/3rd floor of a three-story six-unit building near St Clair W and Christie – on a quiet dead-end side street a couple of blocks from the Artscape Wychwood Barns and its awesome Saturday farmers' market. A giant balcony faces into the middle of block for a lot of greenview of others' backyards. These are elongated “railroad” style apartments, and I've included a map of the layout in the pics below.

I have a small non-allergenic rescue-dog named Loki; Prepare to be smiled-at. A lot. if you happen to have a (not too large) dog as well, that's fine! My departing roommate has one, and the two have gotten along well. :)

A nonbinary-identifying 30something working fulltime in arts/education admin at a local university (and, this schoolyear, coordinating COVID compliance / logistics for online learning and other deliverables). When “events” were allowed to be a thing, my non-working evenings were usually populated with film, theatre, talks (and occasionally helping program same), and a lot of hikes/bikes/freshair. I watch a LOT of movies and have a bunch of old Cineplex seats for the sake of having friends over to watch things projected on the balcony in a pre and (if such a thing ever happens) post-COVID social world.

I've discussed the logistics of this move with the building manager, and, instead of a revolving-door of viewings, here's how we'll do things:
- email me first to tell me a little bit about yourself!
- I'll then set up Zoom calls/tours so we can do the face-to-face thing, and I can give you a virtual walkaround of the apartment.
- If we have a good vibe, then, anyone still interested can then book an in-person viewing with me, with masks on.

I hope you have a great day, and I look forward to hearing from you!
