My roommate is moving out and I need someone to take over her room. It's month to month and the move in date is flexible, anywhere from April 1st to May 1st. The apartment is spacious. AC and heating are included. Laundry is on-site. The room is partially furnished. We're a block away from a No Frills and across from a library, Supercoffee, and Scotiabank. The bus stop is at our door. I prefer a female roommate. I'm a young professional who's currently working from home. And forewarning, I have two cats. They're very sweet, independent, and hassle free but obviously if you have allergies, please do not apply.
