Hey there, I am looking for a Bachelor Basement, or Studio Basement Apartment. Or a room with own private washroom, I am looking for stand up shower, internet and laundry included. I am looking around Bathurst because I am Jewish, I can only afford $600 a month. I will describe myself and take it from there.

I am looking for a place close to grocery store, Shoppers Drug Mart etc. Looking for no carpet, with desk and one or two drawers for clothes. I am on ODSP, that is why I can only afford $600 a month. I have colitis and crohn's, I stutter, I have anxiety disorder and a.d.d. ODSP will pay you first month, and I at the month of moving will pay you last. Or I can do month to month, I can cut the grass, trim the bushes for you when I can. Same with the snow and pore salt on the driveway etc, I can do errands for you. For example go buy something for you at the grocery store, if you are busy or you yourself cant etc. I try my best of what I need to do, have to do. I am a nice guy, kind, thoughtful.
