Hello! I’m seeking a studio, one-bedroom apartment, or a private room in a house. I am moving back to Canada after finishing graduate school in the Boston area I need a place to move into starting around Jan 5th. (will pay the full month of Jan!) I am male, in my early 30's, university grad, easy going, quiet, don't smoke nor do drugs.
Ideally I am looking for a furnished (or semi furnished with a bed, a good writing desk and chair) inclusive of utilities and internet. Preferably in the Yonge/Finch / Willowdale area, because that's where I used to live, but I am open minded for any location close to a grocery store.

I run online businesses with steady passive income.
I’m quiet, clean, respectful, and non-smoker.
No parties, no drugs, I spend most of my time working quietly in my room. I always have my headphone on.
Single occupancy, never have overnight guests.
I had a lot of experience living with roommates so I am fully understand the etiquette and dynamics of such living situation.
I am open to different cultures and cooking.
I’m open to short-term or long-term arrangements.
I don't have any pets, I am open minded to household with pets, had experience living with animals before.
Ideal locations would be safe, quiet, clean. I’m easy to get along.
