Quiet responsible A plus tenant looking for shared apartment (GTA)

I am a clean, quiet semi-retired senior male with a steady guaranteed retirement income. I am looking to share an apartment, preferably with own bath, with a kind, responsible reasonably quiet person. I have been at my current apartment for over 12 years but it is no longer available. I am trustworthy and reliable, I don't smoke, drink, do drugs or party. I am mostly vegetarian and only need a microwave. I can travel light. I am away during the day doing research or volunteering so I won't be underfoot. My advantage over other tenants is that I will stay put: I won't leave in a couple of years when my employment changes. My landlord will provide a reference. I am looking at the $800 to $950 range.
