I am an entrepreneur in the E-Commerce and I am looking for young developer to work with to enchance my e-commerce ops. You will be given very specific direction and you will be working directly under me.

Just fyi I have gotten burned by software developers in past and I am looking for someone passionate with good attitude to work with. No agencies or dev shop. There will be a 3 month probation period at 2.5K/month CAD, and negotiation afterwards for FT or PT role afterwards.
