We are looking for an independent self-starter to join our team! We are a professional skin care equipment company, selling to skin care clinics and professionals.
Position: Efficient, quick-learning individual with strong sales and customer relations skills sought for Sales (no cold calling) and General Office administration position. Versatile multi-tasking project execution abilities are a necessity.
Varied responsibilities include: aptitude to handle incoming sales inquiries and customer service support requests via phone, email and social media, ability to carry out invoicing and order fulfillment, packing/shipping duties, varied office admin tasks including data entry and sorting, and general office maintenance. Project management abilities, competency with varied support systems (ex CRM, accounting software), trouble shooting, and multi-tasking skills are essential. Company is located in Scarborough.
Ideal candidate should have:
-Aptitude for sales and customer service relations
-Strong computer skills, particularly the ability to learn varied software programs
-Ease with reading and creating invoices, experience with accounting and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software will be beneficial
-Self-starter, with the ability to concentrate and work efficiently without supervision
-Excellent organizational skills and adaptability to varied roles/duties
-High attention to detail and precision
-Interest in working within the professional skin care market
