It's the top floor, separate apartment in my house that's artsy, colourful and relaxing. I'm heading out of town for work, and am looking for someone who will treat my belongings as they would their own. Everything is there, so it's ideal for someone coming in from out of town. It's more than a 1 bedroom as there's also a walk-through office to the kitchen.
-On a very quiet residential side street.
-Rent ($1600/ month) is INCLUSIVE of all utilities (heat, hydro, water, high speed internet). We can prorate rent (for the days that are here)
-It's a great, diverse neighbourhood full of cafes and restaurants. Walk-able to anything you need.
-2 blks to 2 laudromats, 2 big grocery stores, and all amenities at Gerrard Square, Danforth or Queen Street.
-Gerrard Square Mall is only 4 blocks away.
-PARKING- Street parking available.
-It's right on the 24 hr College/ Gerrard Streetcar line and 2 blocks to the Greenwood/ Jones bus to the Subway (or 15 min walk). These buses come every 10 mins during the day.
