Unit is a two bedroom one bathroom. Includes a common area with a couch and a closet.
N.B. you will most likely have a roommate. I am not in charge of finding that roommate but I can make arrangements if asked.
Relet- you will take over my lease from May to August and would be signed onto a new lease. You will have to fill out an application which I would provide when contacted.
Sublet- I would still be the primary resident, meaning I would collect the rent from you to pay Parkside. Subletting does not guarantee you a lease after August. We will meet in person to sign the sublet agreement.
