I have an office computer I have found years ago and since then I've done some upgrades to the PC, mostly adding a Small Form Factor graphics card. I've also upgraded the RAM from 4gb to 6gb of memory. The operating system is currently on Windows 10 LTSC 64-bit after upgrading from Windows 7 Professional 64-bit.

I barely use this computer so I want to sale this one in case that someone needs a cheap yet effective computer for general use even to this day.

I'm available on Mondays to Saturdays from 8am to 8pm (on Tuesdays and Thursdays I'll be at work so I won't be available from 7pm until the next day). Cash only. Willing to negotiate regarding price point.
