Looking for Writers/Content Creators for Urban Web Series (GTA)

I'm a new writer/content creator looking for another writer/film-maker to collaborate with in the development of an urban web series. The goal of the project would be to work on the series from the beginning stages all the way to the actual shooting.

I'm aiming for something similar in style to: Being Mary Jane (BET), Insecure (HBO), Looking (HBO), Pose (FX)

The right person would be someone who has a passion for story telling and who aspires to have a career in the entertainment/TV/film industry as this would be a volunteer collaboration.
