Rates vary depending on suite type, dates, length of stay, number of guests, availability, and move-in date.

Minimum prepaid stay of 92 or more nights is required to qualify for the $5,998 CAD per month deeply discounted rate for 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom suites.

Minimum prepaid stay of 92 or more consecutive nights is required to qualify for the $6,998 CAD per month deeply discounted rate for 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom suites.

One-time suite sanitation fee is extra. Check-in must occur on or before April 30, 2026 to qualify for deeply discounted rates.

Move-in at a later date can be arranged at a higher rate. Short-stay rates are higher. Minimum stay of 28 or more nights is required. Rates are subject to change without notice. Rates are higher for special event dates.

Pet-friendly suites may be available. Pet fee and pet damage deposit will apply.

Underground parking with unlimited in-and-out privileges may be available at an additional charge.

Limited-time parking offer: 1 free parking spot for the first month may be available with a prepaid reservation of 3 or more months for select 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom suites.

Cleaning & Preparation:

Guest comfort and cleanliness are important to us. Each suite is professionally cleaned and prepared before arrival. Bedding and towels are professionally laundered before each stay.
