Naples Florida Condo Rental - Great Location

Enjoy this beautifully furnished 2 bedroom and two bath condo perfectly and centrally located at Gulf Winds East off of Collier Blvd. and US Route 41 in Naples, FL.

Gulf Winds East is a quiet community that is tucked away from the daily happenings around this desirable area. Amenities include swimming pool and spa, bocce ball and tennis courts as well as a walking trail around the central lake.

Your condo features updated furniture and kitchen. The dining area or your fabulous lanai are great places to dine or have morning coffee or breakfast whether you like to sit inside or out. The master bedroom and master bath are cozy and modern. The second bedroom can sleep an additional two people and the twin beds can be placed together for couples.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes, glasses and silverware. You also have access to pots, pans and skillets. Kitchen also has full fridge and freezer, dishwasher and garbage disposal.
Other amenities include: Linens and Bath Towels. Washer and Dryer in unit. Cable TV and WiFi and elevator access to your unit. One assigned parking spot with guest parking.

Shopping and destinations are close by:

1. Walmart Super Center is only 2 minutes away. Shopping is a breeze so you
can prepare those memorable meals during your stay.
2. Gas Stations and the sort are also 2 minutes away.
3. There is no shortage of shopping and restaurants as we are located just south
of US Route 41 where you have everything you could ever need locally. These
stores and restaurants are a mere 5 minutes away.
4. Naples and 5th Ave is a 15 minute drive.
5. Marco Island and Tiger Tail beach is a 10 minute drive south and there is
plenty of parking. There are also many restaurants and activities on Marco
Island.
6. Only 10 minutes to I-75 and 30-35 minutes to (RSW) Southwest Florida
International Airport.

What to do:

MARCO ISLAND
The Beaches of Marco Island. There is beach access along Collier Blvd. and the high rises and Tiger Tail Beach is another option which goes to the main beach. More Info is available locally.

Avi’s Watersports on Marco Island – Hop on a Jet Ski and take a guided tour of the 10,000 Island with dolphin encounters. Highly recommended and worth every penny. Reservations are recommended and Avi’s tours leave from Caxambas Park on Marco Island.

CJ’s on the Bay at the Esplanade is a great place to dine and unwind during the evening. The Snook Inn and the Sand Bar are great places for some comfort food and local seafood.

Don’t forget to try Davinci Ristorante Italiano, The Oyster Society and Marco Prime. These restaurants are a must before you head home. Located at Marco Walk Park on the corner of Winterberry and S. Collier Blvd.

NAPLES

There is plenty to do in Naples. Restaurants and shopping are everywhere. Because we are central to all the main roads you can get anywhere in 10-15 minutes.

Mercato is a place to be and has great outdoor shops and a vibrant night life full of restaurants and bars. A must see and do during your stay. Try Bravo Restaurant and Cavo Lounge plus more in this area.

Downtown Naples and 5th Ave. is another place to walk, shop and dine. There is no shortage of activities.

Naples Zoo and Shy Wolf Sanctuary highly recommended as well as the Naples Botanical Garden.

Short Term Vacation Rental Terms:
30 day minimum lease (1 Month)
180 day maximum lease (6 Months)

In-Season (January1st-April 30) Rent: $2800.00/Month
Off Season (May1-December31) Rent: $1400.00/Month

A deposit equal to one month is required and is used to secure your booked dates. Your deposit is converted to a security deposit during your stay and is refunded less any damages upon your departure.

Cleaning Fee: $295.00 NO PETS ALLOWED NO SMOKING

Application and Background Check Required with signed lease agreement and your security deposit.

Background Check $50.00 per person for US Residents.
Background Check $100.00 per person for Canadian or Non-US Residents.

Cancelation Terms:
90 days or more = No charge (except for non-refundable deposits background check amounts.)
89 – 75 days = 25% of deposit
74 – 61 days = 50% of deposit
60 – 31 days = 75% of deposit
30 days or less = 100% of deposit (no refund)
