It will cost you very little to come and stay with us. We are a small family-run nothing fancy place. Very quiet and private. Our rates are only $98. per night or 395. per week . This includes everything you need, Linens, kitchen utensils, air conditioned, plenty of heat, wireless internet, streaming TV. All you need to bring is yourselves and groceries. We are only one hour to Albany, Binghamton, and Utica. One hour and 40 minutes to Syracuse. We are only 25 miles to Cooperstown Baseball Hall of Fame. 15 miles to Gilbert Lake State Park. Restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. 24-hour taxi service. Public transit bus is just out front. Larger accommodations also available.
