Admin Assistant (Scaborough)

Admin Assistant volunteer required for Not for profit organization

Duties include:

Following up with new and current clients
Basic administrative and bookkeeping duties
Day-to-day office operations
Filing and record-keeping
Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
Putting together and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
Taking care of travel and guest arrangements
Greeting guests and providing a good first impression of the business
Qualifications:

Quickbooks, MS word, excel and Outlook
2+ years of front desk/ admin assistant experience
Excellent interpersonal skills
Minimum - > secondary education or equivalent
Strong English skills is mandatory
1 or more years of customer relations experience
Strong telephone and email etiquette
