I am offering editing, feedback, and proofreading for essays, dissertations, articles, grant applications, research/academic proposals, blog posts, newsletters, etc. I can help improve your skills in critical argument, essay structuring, research, and style while making all of the grammatical, spelling, formatting, and clarity edits that will really boost the quality of your work. I have experience across a broad range of disciplines in the social sciences, humanities, arts, and health sciences, so I can help with nearly any topic. Just ask!
A bit about me:
I am an Ivey-league graduate from Yale and UCL with an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience. I have over ten years of academic and professional writing experience. I've held multiple Research Lead roles and worked as a Program Manager; these roles required high-level professional and academic writing skills, as well as regular mentorship and teaching. I've published academic and popular articles, successfully obtained multiple grants, and written a variety of reports, policies, briefs, and blog posts. I've also taught a university-level course titled "Foundations of Academic Writing". I enjoy helping people find the best words, format, and style to clearly express their ideas. I'm committed to customer satisfaction and generous with my edits, providing detailed feedback, explanation, and suggestions to suit your needs.
I usually offer my services online (email, shared Google docs, in-text Word doc edits, phone and/or Skype--whatever works best for you). I'm also available to meet in downtown Toronto.
I can deliver quick turn-arounds and have very reasonable rates. Please be in touch to discuss further. I look forward to hearing from you!
