Blue in the middle: 17 inches long, 4 ⅞ inches distance between the pads at the knee section, 6 inches diameter on top; 4 ¾ at the bottom
Grey: 17 inches long, 3 ½ to 4” inches distance between the pads at the knee section (adjustable); 4 ¾ diameter at the top; 3 ½ at the bottom (angles all adjustable using an allen key wrench)
Note they only fit the LEFT knee
