I am looking to Rent in the Thornhill area L4J___(Promenade) (Thornhill)

I hope all is very well.
I am currently looking for a suitable Rental (Condo share, Apartment, or Basement) in the Thornhill area, preferably near the Promenade Mall or its surrounding area. I do not drive or have a vehicle, so location would be important (and no need for a parking space). I was living across from The Promenade Mall at Bathurst & Centre (last 5 years), and moved to a temporary situation. looking for a change/"downgrade $". I am a mature single male, Jewish (non-religious), I have no kids or pets, I do not drink (ever), and do not smoke (ever)......very clean, having strong values, respectable, very quiet, I have little furniture (twin bed, small cabinet, NO tables, couch, etc.). I always like to help where I can, and I possess strong family values. I am very quiet, having no guests, and would look forward to hopefully meeting the same with the Owners.
*I would be looking for a particular move in October/Nov. for a long-term rental. Please feel free to reach out for further information, and if you have a possible rental to discuss.
**I do ask or desire to have a "Private Bathroom" with the rental, with all else possible to share.
